The connection between the DBS Autosampler and the LC-MS/MS

The connection between the CAMAG DBS-MS 500 and the LC-MS/MS system is established by simply connecting two stainless steel tubes or peek lines:

-one line from the LC pump to the DBS autosampler

-one line back from the DBS autosampler into the column oven

connection a the back of the CAMAG DBS-MS 500 instrument to the LC-MS/MS system. Instead of the standard sample loop, a trapping column for the online-SPE-LC-MS/MS analysis is mounted.

The Chronos for CAMAG software automatically transfers the batch information to the LC-MS software. The start signal is realized by a simple contact closure from the DBS.
